Milan’s spring/summer 2027 womenswear week ran from 22 to 28 September 2026 with 203 appointments on the calendar: 61 shows (54 physical and 7 digital), 88 presentations and 54 events, according to the Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana.
Prada opened the week on 22 September. The most anticipated debut was at Moschino, where Loris Messina and Simone Rizzo, the founders of Sunnei, showed their first collection. Demna presented his second collection for Gucci, and Glenn Martens showed his final collection for Diesel before concentrating on Maison Margiela. Giorgio Armani closed the physical schedule on 27 September.
New names on the calendar included Marques’Almeida, Miguel Vieira and Victor-Hart, while The Attico marked its tenth anniversary, Gianvito Rossi its twentieth and Hogan its fortieth.
CNMI president Carlo Capasa said the debuts were ‘a clear sign of Milan’s vitality and appeal’. The mood behind the scenes was more cautious: the chamber expected Italian fashion turnover to fall a further 1.6% in 2026, with clothing recovering but footwear still struggling.
