Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data TurkishFashion.net processes and why. We keep it to the minimum.

Who is responsible

The controller is Invest Bulgaria Ltd., Sofia, Bulgaria, the publisher of TurkishFashion.net. See Contact us.

Visiting the site

• No accounts. You can use the whole site without registering.
• Server logs. Like every web server, our hosting records technical data for each request — IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type — to keep the site secure and running. These logs are kept for a limited period and are not used to profile visitors.
• Analytics, only with your consent. If you accept analytics in the cookie notice, we use Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which pages are used, so we can improve the site and report audience figures to advertisers. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and browser details; Google processes this data as our processor. If you decline or ignore the notice, analytics is not loaded. • Fonts, flags and maps are served from our own server; no third party receives your data when they load.
• Videos. Video pages show preview images from YouTube’s image server (i.ytimg.com). A video player is loaded from youtube-nocookie.com only after you click play; from then on Google’s privacy policy applies.
• Search and filters run in your browser. What you type is not sent to us, except when you open the search page, where the search words appear in the page address.

Forms

When you send the listing, contact or advertising form, we receive the details you enter, any logo you upload, the page you sent it from, your browser type and a one-way code made from your IP address (used only to block repeated spam; it cannot be turned back into the address and changes every month). We use this to review your listing or answer your message. The form is stored on our hosting server and a copy is sent by email to the TurkishFashion.net team. Company details you send for a listing are published on your company page once approved; your own name, email and phone are not published.

The legal basis is your request (steps before or for providing the listing or advertising) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries. We keep form messages for up to 24 months after the last contact, and listing requests for as long as the listing is online.

Company listings

Company profiles show business contact details — company name, address, phone, email and website — that companies published for buyers to contact them. Where a profile contains the name or details of a person, we process them on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a business directory. Anyone can ask us to correct or remove such details.

When you write to us

If you email us, we use your message and address only to answer you and keep the correspondence as long as needed for that purpose.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of processing, and you can object to processing. You can withdraw analytics consent at any time with the cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. You can also complain to the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (cpdp.bg) or to the authority in your country.

We will update this page when the site changes — for example when accounts are added.
