In 2010 we provided more than 5000 tons of yarn to the markets. First set-up in 1995, we slowly increased both our capacity, and our market penetration and became one of the major yarn providers for knitwear producers in a special segment of yarns. Our main customers are by far the flat knitters. Circular knitters and socks producers are occasionally coming to us. 60 % of all our sales are in acrylic/cotton fiber blend. We became a major brand for this specific blend. We are also regularly selling, 100 % cotton carded, combed and compact yarns, 100 % viscose and viscose blends in our regular collection. We are also offering an extensive melange program in all the major blends we are working for solid colors. 100 % cotton melanges go well with the cotton /acrylic, viscose/cotton or viscose/acrylic melange yarns. In today's very difficult markets' conditions we are surviving and prospering with a very hard work and with a hard to match flexibility in producing and dyeing to customer's own colors, in turning the production in record times and in giving the best possible quality levels. Our customers, the knitters, need all of them in order to remain competitive. In domestic market the majority of our customers works for export throughout major brand names. We got used to live with the strict standards of European markets since long years. On the other hand our direct sales to abroad begun in mid 2005 and we built a strong customer base in Romania, Poland, Morocco, Germany and 12 other country. Beside the melange yarns our dyeing capacity is daily 14 tons of cone dyeing and 4 tons of hank dyeing. A total of 330 strong workforce produce 7 x 24, stopping only in religious holidays.
