Karbel is a shirt manufacturing company founded in 1996. The company is a part of KARBEL GROUP OF COMPANIES which are operating mainly in textiles. The total turnover of the group is $ 150.000.000 (with 2000 employees), and among this turnover karbel (450 employees) is making $ 28.000.000 per year. Karbel has two own production plants, both in Istanbul. The production facilities are equipped with the latest technology machinery and are continuously renewed according to innovations and market needs. PRODUCTION LINES: HIGH LEVEL CLASSIC LINE: In this particular and concentrated production line we are producing high quality details for various prestigious brands. Some of the characteristics of this production line are: - 8 stitches per cm - Embroidered button holes with 180 stitch density - Button shank wrapping - Removable button holes made with the old traditional English tailors - Single-needle side seams - French armholes - Mother of Pearl Buttons - 3mm hem stitching - Particular folding without needles TRADITIONAL CLASSIC LINE: On these production lines we aim to serve to larger markets where the customer needs more economic products by using twin-needle side seams, 5 mm hem stitching, polyester buttons etc…. same details and care on the product with easier production details for bulk orders. SPORT AND CASUAL SHIRTS: Sports and Casual shirts are made with particular stitching details to obtain the casual and comfortable look. The shirts are treated, when necessary and depending on the styling, with special washing effects, yarn and stitching details, garment dyeing, and finally and the most important the Casual Presentation. OTHER PRODUCTS: karbel is also producing blouses and boxer shirts in various styles and fabrics that will be provided by the customers. FABRICS MANAGEMENT AND HANDLING: Using the know-how and experience from its customers, karbel has started to develop its own collections. karbel is offering two main collections every year (Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer) and Pronto Fabric Collections in different price and quality ranges for immediate delivery. karbel is able to develop exclusive designs for its customers including CAD assistance, Suzuki productions, color card preparation, Pronto and Salesman samples. When the customer needs, karbel is also able to buy the fabrics from Italian, European and other fabric mills and can work on Fully Factored basis.
