YYILDIZ Textile and Confection Inc. was founded in 1958 and produced lingerie and swimwear in Turkey. Strategies in terms of quality and quantity made AYYILDIZ the leading company in lingerie and swimwear fashion in Turkey immediately, and a 54 year period was full of that same responsibility and energy in the Turkish market. The next step was carrying our traditional quality and trust to retail shops as a distinctive service quality. We thought that only our own retail chain store could achieve this. In 1987, the second company of the group was founded for retail sales. All cities and sale points are carefully analyzed to be the best in the retail sale of lingerie, swimwear, beach accessories and equipments. Our shops have been located strategically at the best points of malls, streets, and marinas. Addition to our business success, we also feel the honor of performing social responsibilities in the society. We have never employed children workers in our organization; we have never used the government resources maliciously for our interest, like many organizations did in the history. Principally, we make our investments with our own capital, and we have no payment to any company or government that was not paid on the due date in our business past Today we have 29 sale points that are owned and managed by our company. We are planning to open 5 more shops by the end of 2010, reaching 34 stores under our control. Our company also owns many potential shop buildings that can be used in the future projects. Our many years of wholesale experience has been converted succesfully into a system of retailing, especially in the last 10 years, taking its vital place immediately in the Turkish retail market. Today, we sell and represent brands such as Ed Hardy, Parah, Sisters, After Eden, Liz and Platino in Turkey. There are also other famous brands which we are always in touch with to see which ones can be worked with. AYYILDIZ shops have always been an important stage for famous international brands in this market.
