We have a product development Team with in M&S Agency organization.The team follows up trends in fashion globally for fabric,treatments,accessories and Models to of for our Customers.
The designer team also source different Qualities and style according to Customer requests.We handover the develepment packages to manufacturers by arranging a meeting face to face.
Pattern maker,merchandiser and Fabric buyer join this meeting and plane the collection.We go through styles in detail and if we see anything which might be an issue during production, we warn our client at the beginning and of for alternative, we find a way to produce collection on the time.

We make an initial sample to set the fitting and we produce the sample with correct fabric,branding and details.
We send it to the Customer together with size spec.,we also mark the actual measurements on this chart.When we receive the comments,we go trough it with factories face to face to avoid any misunderstanding

Fabric Qualitys in knitted and woven
WOVEN GARMENTS: Shirts,Dress,Skirt,Pants(denim and nondenim),shorty,jacked,coat,tailored-suit etc.

Our Technical team make minumum 3 times in-line control and prepare reports.
They control at the beginnig and while pockets/plackets,etc are being done.We take the measurements under control at this stage.
They visit factory before finishing,bartacking and buttoning process and before washing.
The washing is being approved together with merchandiser.
In addition to that in regular visits to the suppliers,merchandisers are also controlling the color ,handfeel and construction of the bulk for each dye lot and keep record.
So,we would be able to see the previous fabrics to decide on approvalling/ rejection of the bulk fabrics.They make fabric test by TUV or SGS Labor ( Shrinkage,Twisting,dyeing fastness Azo and PVC) before giving production approval.
In Coordination of merchandising team and quality control team we have high sensetivity on regular social compliance audits.Our Team translate Customer standarts in local language,explain and work together on customer manual handbooks with manufactures.
Final Inspection ( visual,measurements and packing) is being done according to AQL Standarts 2,5 and Customer requierements.
