After, providing threads which will cater the quality that customers have asked for, they are sewed with appropriate machines and sent to dye works. After controlling the fabrics which have already been dyed, each group of fabric is cut separately without intermingling. These fabrics are controlled and fault products are separated before sending them to press and embroidery. The products that come from press and embroidery are sent to sewing workshop in order to finish the sewing proces. After being sewed and being checked in terms of sizes, the products are controlled in terms of quality and ironed and after a final control they are prepared to be packed. As a final operation the products are assorted according to the customer’s requests and packed to be ready to send. The whole process is between 3 or 6 weeks, maximum.
