KASAR Boyacılık Sanayii A.Ş. was founded in 1965 in İstanbul exclusively for the bleaching of knitted cotton fabrics. During the following years, in line with the increased customer demand, capacity was augmented and a dye-house of limited proportions was added. In view of the immense development of textiles in Turkey, exhibited in the second half of 1980, our new plant, comprising a more complete spectrum of finishing processes, and covering 50,000 sq.ms. ,was built on newly purchased 170,000 sq.ms. of land in Çorlu. Concurrently, a waste-water treatment plant, with a capacity of 8,000 cu.m/day, was completed out of our consideration for the environment. As a result of additional investment carried out over the years, the company became one of the most modern and largest textile finishing plants in Turkey and Europe, with a combined capacity of 50 tonnes/day bleached and 25 tonnes/day dyed knitted fabric, 30,000 ms/day finished woven fabric and 30,000 ms/day printed fabric.
