ERSE Textile Co. was established in 1974. After 16 years of local market experience, the company started exporting in 1990. Slowly but surely, year after year, the company grew. ERSE has 600,000 piece monthly production capacity and combines modern technology with quality, efficiency and shipments on time. 7350 m2 production area... We handle the entire production process from yarn to finished garment. Thus, knitting and dyeing the fabric and all of the print/embroidery processes are done by our subcontractors meeting ERSE's strict critreria. Cutting, sewing, quality control and packaging processes are completely done in our 7350 m2 building by our qualified staff. 200 employees... 200 people work in design, quality assurence, planning, sampling, cutting, sewing, quality control, production follow, account and warehouse departments.40 of these employees are in managerial roles. The entire system is computerized using state of the art technology and machinery. General terms and conditions ensure delivery of order in 5-7 weeks and 3-5 weeks for repeat orders.The minimum order is 2,000 pieces with a minimum of 500 pieces per colour.
