The yarns purchased from our suppliers with group I oekotex certificate is accepted in our warehouse after the quality control of the yarns. According to the production plan made bye the planning deparment, the socks yarn percentages are calculated, the socks measurements and designs are adjusted, and machines are prepared for production according to the needle number and capacity and production starts. With the supervision of the quality controller the produced socks are sent to the toe linking deparment.The toes are linked and than the goods are sent to the ironing deparment.According to the sizes (sizes ranging from 2 to 12) The socks are ironed with a suitable ironing form.The ironed socks are then paired by the pairing staff and passed to the packaging deparment for the label,hook etc.packaging procedures.With the supervision of the quality conteoller the goods are then transferred to the boxing deparment.Depending on the requirements of the customers, the goods are boxed and made ready for the delivery.
