Since 1984, starting business with a productivity oriented strategy in Istanbul, HUN belts company took the first step towards incorporation and became HUN belts LLC. in 1994. With growing economical conditions and strategy to grow the company, passing years brought improvement to corporation organization as well as expanding demands at home and abroad. The obligation of continuous supply of raw materials and side supplies as well as applying the HUN quality standards to the products made HUN invest on producing buckles and accessories. In 1995, HUN started producing buckles and metal accessories. In 2002, HUN started its exports unit, taking steps towards being a group corporation. In short time , HUN became the lead exporter of Canadian soft, slack and artificial leather in Turkey. In 2003, HUN assembled its group infrastructure with design, production, exports and sales departments working in harmony with each other, reached to the basis of organizational level necessary to stand changing global economical conditions. In 2005, the sales department started business in wholesales marketing and opened 2 wholesales store in Istanbul/Merter at the end of 2005. At the end of 2010, each assembling a separate division, HUN belts industries, HUN buckles industries, HUN exports , HUN design and HUN sales compartments assembled the first integrated settlement in belt production industry.
