Milteks Tekstil San. Ve Tic. A.S. was founded in 1984 as a small enterprise. At the beginning the company was producing jogging suits under its’ own brand “Ceseka” and selling in local market. Besides, depending on their connections in Far East and the company was importing fabric in order sell in local market.

As time went by, due to capital increase, the owners started to search for opportunities in order to work with foreign brands. First customers were Lotto Italy and Taylor Bowls UK. Besides, there were some other small sized brands. Milteks, in 1997 met with Puma and started working with small quantity cotton styles. In 2002, Puma added team sport in the range and Milteks started polyester production.

In 1997, Milteks also became the distributing agency of Puma and the company was run by Cemal Bilgingulluoglu until 2008. In 2008, Milteks decided to expand business by establishing factories and by distributing agency was alienated in order to pay more attention on the new business projects.

Fabric and accessory warehouse, cutting, transfer printing, pattern, sample sewing, merchandising, quality assurance, planning, ironing and packing, import and export and accountancy departments are located in Milteks Beylikduzu factory. In 2006, Milteks decided to become smaller inside factory by nominating subcontractors started doing production mainly outside. In 2008, with the establishment of Ceseka Tekstil in Blacksea Fatsa, production in Milteks ended completely except sample sewing. Further more by starting to operate Ajara Textile in Georgia Batumi, capacity increased had been aimed.

Milteks prodeces and exports team sport and leisure wear garments with cotton and polyester knitted fabrics. Annual total capacity is around 5.000.000 pieces. Almost all knitted fabrics shall be developed in Turkey. Recycled polyester yarn development has been finalized in Turkey and production also started. Import fabric and accessory are being used only if there is a customer request. Our preference is to develop everything in Turkey in order to achieve faster delivery term and also to keep local market alive.

Milteks Tekstil started working on Sustainability in 2008. In 2009, these efforts were strengthened by taking ISO 14001 Environment Management System and ISO 18001 Work Health and Safety Management certificates. In addition to these certificates, again in 2009, Milteks also received OE 100 and OE Blended certificates in order to start organic cotton production.
Our Mission and Vision
Our mission is protecting environment while supplying economic, health and high quality garments for the final consumers. Our vision is to embrace environment and people and to become one of the biggest suppliers not only in Turkey but also worldwide. .Until now, we worked for this purpose and we keep moving on a road that does not end regarding new technologies and new requests.

Our Quality Policy
Milteks Tekstil by working on a policy focused on customer follows up continuous development and furthermore operates business by taking care of being environment friendly. Ceseka which was founded in 2008 and Ajara which was founded in 2009 are being operated with with the aim of low cost and high quality and also focused on customer satisfaction.
Milteks Quality Assurance department works in order to make our subcontractors and factories embrace and apply our quality policy. Our team is responsible for any kind of training organized regarding quality in order to meet the expectations of our customers. Milteks Quality Assurance team Works independent from any department in factory and only reports to the General Manager.
